[Conference] INVENTS at the ISCB2026 Conference: Sharing Research and Strengthening Collaboration !
Our Consortium at the ISCB 2026 conference !
Members of the INVENTS consortium recently participated in the ISCB 2026 Conference in Freiburg, an important opportunity to present their latest research, engage with the scientific community, and strengthen collaboration across the consortium.
Showcasing our research
Throughout the congress, consortium members resented their research through oral presentations and scientific posters. These contributions highlighted the ongoing work carried out within the project and provided opportunities to discuss scientific findings, exchange perspectives, and engage with fellow researchers.
The oral presentations and poster sessions also offered a platform to share the consortium’s research activities with a broader scientific audience and foster discussions on key developments in the field.
Strengthening collaboration within the consortium
Beyond the scientific programme, the congress provided a valuable opportunity for consortium partners to meet in person and discuss the progress of the project. Dedicated Work Package (WP) meetings were held on the second day to review ongoing activities, coordinate efforts, and plan upcoming steps.
The day concluded with a consortium dinner, bringing together project partners, the three members of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), and a representative of the Ethics Board. This informal gathering provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and reinforce the collaborative spirit that underpins the project.
Moving forward together
Participation in the ISCB Congress combined scientific dissemination with valuable opportunities for coordination and networking. By sharing research results and bringing together consortium members and advisory bodies, the event contributed to advancing the project’s objectives and fostering continued collaboration.
We would like to thank all presenters, participants, and colleagues who contributed to making this congress a valuable experience for the consortium.
